Our service footprint spans the globe, forming an efficient and extensive service support network. To date, our global service network covers 63 countries and regions, with more than 637 service outlets and over 7 service centers and training centers. We have also been establishing localized customer centers in Vietnam, Russia and other markets to better understand customer service needs and continuously improve service quality. With the comprehensive upgrade of our service system in 2026, our service reach will extend further, covering 20 key countries and 236 core cities worldwide. Average service turnaround for major assemblies will be reduced to within five days. Whether in bustling cities or remote mining areas, Dongfeng's professional support is always within reach.

ADEQUATE GLOBAL SPARE PARTS SUPPLY SYSTEM

Relying on strong supply chain capabilities, we will gradually establish more than one domestic allocation and transit warehouse, four regional warehouses, and more than ten country-level warehouses. With over 100,000 saleable SKUs, the system will cover the 10+10 key markets. In advanced markets, we maintain regular spare parts inventory of more than RMB 100 million, with a spare parts fulfillment rate exceeding 95%. We are currently making every effort to strengthen procurement planning capabilities, customer demand support capabilities, and overseas warehouse reserve capabilities, so as to continuously shorten spare parts delivery lead times and improve customer satisfaction.

More than 35 domestic technical experts provide strong backing, while globally we will continue to certify over 240 local "seed technicians" and 30 local technical experts, building an overseas real-time after-sales expert technical support team. Through continuous empowerment and the model of "using quality vehicles, strengthening training, and ensuring service," we ensure that every Dongfeng user receives professional and standardized repair and maintenance services.

Based on vehicle operating scenarios, we also offer customized service solutions, including complete vehicle extended warranties, differentiated policies, and on-site expert services. We provide not only vehicles, but also diversified service solutions. We will continue to work closely with our partners to create business value together.
