To date, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle’s global service network has covered more than 100 countries and regions, with over 300 service outlets and more than 20 service centers and training centers. We have also successively established localized customer centers in markets such as Vietnam to fully understand customer service needs and continuously upgrade service quality. With the comprehensive upgrade of our service system in 2026, our service reach will extend even further. The network will cover 80 key countries and 650 core cities worldwide, reducing the average service radius to within 100 kilometers. Leveraging our strong supply chain system, we are successively establishing more than 20 globalparts centers. Regular market spare parts inventory will exceed RMB 300 milion, the spare partsfullment rate willexceed 95%, and the 72-hour isue resclurtion rale wilexceed 90%, In morethan 10 strategic and key markets, we aim to ultimately achieve a 100% terminal spare partsfulfillment rate.
